A chance to get a copy of a good, inexpensive knowledgebase
Over at KBPublisher they’re offering copies of the basic version of their knowledgebase in return for an online review.
It’s worth taking a look. I use the product myself, so I’m perhaps biased, but I think it’s ideal for lone tech writers who are trying to get a knowledgebase started, or for teams who need to provide support internally or externally. It’s easy to use and has some great features that you often pay hundreds of dollars more for. There’s an online demo you can play with, or if you have server space and a bit of technical nous (or know someone with technical nous) you can download it and install a demo version on your server.
The offer is valid until 14 February 2010.
Check it out. I think it’s a good product.
